Sister/Charge Nurse
Band 6 - 36 hours per week

About the Role
Heart Care Unit is a cardiology unit caring for patients who have experienced a variety of heart-related conditions. The successful candidate will be part of an integrated service working alongside the specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with and support the department/ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the department/ward environment.
- Supervise junior qualified and/or unqualified staff including student nurses whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
