An exciting opportunity has arisen for aspirant band 6 sister/charge nurse to support the senior team on Ward 6B - General Medicine.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team, and take on a new challenge. Flexibility and willingness to embrace new ways of working dependent on service needs is an essential part of the role.
Role Purpose
- To provide clinical and managerial leadership for nursing and support staff
- To deputise for the Departmental Manager in their absence
- To take a lead on clinical practice and departmental issues
- To work clinically in all areas of the department.

- Appraisals, Monitoring EST, device training, e - roster, performance management, providing leadership on the ward.
