Sister / Charge Nurse β Oncology
π Central London
π Full-time β 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting for a Sister / Charge Nurse to join a highly regarded private oncology service in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Sister or Charge Nurse looking to join an excellent private hospital in Central London.
You will work within a specialist environment caring for patients receiving complex and advanced treatments, including systemic anti-cancer therapies and immunotherapy.
The Role Will Include
- Providing visible clinical leadership across the oncology unit
- Coordinating the day-to-day running of the service during your shift
- Ensuring patients receive safe, effective and consistently high-quality care
- Supporting patients undergoing complex oncology treatments
- Coaching, mentoring and developing nursing colleagues
- Supporting safe staffing levels and workforce planning
- Working closely with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

To Be Considered, You Will Need
- Current NMC registration
- Strong oncology nursing experience
- SACT competency and experience administering systemic anti-cancer therapies
- Confident clinical skills, including IV therapies, cannulation and venepuncture
- Experience coordinating shifts or supporting junior colleagues
- A genuine interest in developing your clinical leadership career
