Site Acquisition Manager
Following continued growth and partner demand, LockerQuest is hiring a new Site Acquisition Manager in the South.
At LockerQuest we bridge the gap between property owners and parcel locker networks, helping hosts transform underutilised space into consistent, passive income streams. With a nationwide network of over 1,000 sites, 1,600 lockers and trusted by over 650 space partners, we specialise in the commercialisation of space through a seamless, fully managed approach.
The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and delivering high-quality locations for the deployment of multiple parcel lockers (YEEP!, Evri, Royal Mail, Shift, Amazon, Thinventory).
This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s Space Partner network by negotiating agreements with property owners (which can be large corporates, SMEs or independents), local authorities, and commercial partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an understanding of retail, logistics, or infrastructure site selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development - Site Identification for new and existing clients.
- Identify high-footfall, strategically valuable locations for parcel locker installations (e.g., retail, transport hubs, petrol stations and leisure).
- Prioritise target areas based on demand, demographics, and logistics efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sites aligned with expansion targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
