About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable Site Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the construction site. The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to supporting site activities
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the site management team
- Manage site documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate site inductions and maintain personnel records
- Monitor timesheets, attendance records, and site registers
- Upload and maintain health and safety documentation
- Assist with the preparation of:
- Reports
- Meeting minutes
- Site correspondence
- Order office supplies and coordinate deliveries where required
- Answer telephone and email enquiries and liaise with:
- Subcontractors
- Supplies
- Visitors
- Ensure all site documentation complies with company procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator or in an administrative role (construction experience preferred)
- A valid CSCS Card (or willing to obtain one, where required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to:
- Work independently
- Collaborate as part of a team
