Site Administrator
Site Administrator
We are looking for an organised and reliable Site Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the construction site. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting site activities, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Duties
- Providing administrative support to the site management team
- Managing site documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinating site inductions and maintaining personnel records
- Monitoring timesheets, attendance records, and site registers
- Uploading and maintaining health and safety documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and site correspondence
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries where required
- Answering telephone and email enquiries and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors
- Ensuring all site documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with company procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator or in an administrative role (construction experience preferred)
- Valid CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one where required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
