As a Site Agent working within this unit you will contribute to multi-disciplinary projects for a diverse portfolio of clients - including the Environment Agency, Associated British Ports (ABP), Rolls Royce, Canal and River Trust, the Mining Remediation Authority, National Grid, Cadent Gas, P&G and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), as well as local authorities. These projects range from flood alleviation, water treatment and infrastructure construction to industrial buildings and gas network upgrades. You could be involved in managing site in the Cumbrian region.

The Role of a Site Agent Includes
- Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk
- Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
- Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting
- Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns
- Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications.

What You’ll Need
- CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS
- HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Understand civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
