Site Agent
Opportunity: Site Agent (Rail Project) – Civils, Drainage & Groundworks
About the Role
Randstad are recruiting for a 12-month contract position as a Site Agent on a Rail project based in South London / Surrey.
The successful candidate will oversee Site Civils, Drainage, and Groundworks, ensuring smooth delivery on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Site Engineers – Supervising and coordinating site teams
- Subcontractor Management – Coordinating external labour and vendors
- Site Delivery – Planning, forecasting, and executing work programmes
- Stakeholder Liaison – Regular engagement with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Compliance & Assurance
- Developing project programmes and risk assessments
- Ensuring quality assurance standards
- Managing design revisions, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), RFIs (Requests For Information), Health & Safety (H&S), and related documentation

- Rate: £500–£550 per day (inside IR35)
