Site Agent
The Role
To efficiently manage; safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a project or assist a project manager on a large scale project.
About You
You need to be driven and self-motivated with a good work ethic. You must be willing to learn and continue your development. Being a team player is essential to the role.
Skills And Qualifications
- Degree
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or equivalent SMSTS
- CSCS Black First Aid
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Appointed Person – Excavator Only Management of Confined Space IOSH Management of Buried Services Contractual Knowledge
- Able to produce/update programmes using ASTA Powerproject
- Able to read and understand drawings, BoQ’s and specifications
- Able to understand plant/labour/materials/subcontract allowances
