Site Agent £60,000-80,000 Civil Engineering / Infrastructure

Permanent Full-time Suffolk, England

Are you a Site Agent or Senior Engineer looking to build a long-term career in civil engineering on major infrastructure projects?

Do you want to take ownership of your own section of works while developing towards senior leadership roles within a growing business? If so, this could be the ideal next step for you. Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a long-term infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works, while progressing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a "right first time" culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
