LOCATION: Shireland Biomedical UTC / Shireland CBSO
SALARY: Band C SCP 5 - 8 £25,584 - £26,824 per annum
HOURS: 37 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
REQUIRED FOR: ASAP

We are looking for a Site Assistant to assist in the maintenance, cleanliness and security of the school premises and site, ensuring a safe working environment. This role will be based across two schools within our Trust - Shireland Biomedical UTC and Shireland CBSO Academy.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Open and close the Academy as required
- Set up and pack away tables/chairs for mock and public examinations
- Switch alarms on/off as and when required
- Assist with general site activities/tasks e.g. painting, repairs, maintenance
- Set up equipment/resources as and when required e.g. for shows, events in our Sport Hall
- Following H+S procedures to ensure site safety e.g. inclement weather
- Ensuring site cleanliness e.g. empty bins, cleaning spillages etc.
- Undergo any further training where necessary e.g. fire safety, manual handling etc.
