Site Associate - Manchester

Site Associate

Location: Manchester, M5

Working Pattern:

  • 20 hours per week (shift-based)
  • Site hours: Between 9:00 AM – 4:30 AM

Pay:

  • £13.25 per hour
  • 20% uplift for hours worked after 10:00 PM

About the Role

Join us in transforming how people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth define everything we do. Our Site Operations team ensures the day-to-day success of our marketplace by powering HOP (our rapid grocery delivery service) and Editions (our network of delivery-only kitchens). We combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational excellence, delivering seamless experiences from launch to execution across markets.

We’re seeking a Site Associate to join our Manchester team—where you’ll maintain high standards for our restaurant partners and ensure orders flow smoothly from kitchen to rider.


The Editions Story

We’re creating the future of dark kitchens by partnering with leading brands (Wagamama, Starbucks, and more) to bring their food directly to customers via delivery-only hubs.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Maintain Site Excellence:

    • Conduct deep cleaning of equipment and communal areas to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Support Dispatch Operations:

    • Transfer food from partner kitchens to dispatch areas.
    • Coordinate effectively with riders for fast, accurate deliveries.
  • Partner Support:

    • Manage pot washing and clean kitchen equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
    • Ensure restaurant partners remain high-performing.
