What you'll be doing:
This role provides comprehensive administrative support to office operations, management, and engineering teams, ensuring the efficient running of daily business activities. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing documentation using Microsoft Office applications
- Collecting and processing timesheets
- Maintaining holiday and site-hours records
- Supporting weekly payroll administration
- Scanning, photocopying, printing, and binding documents
- Arranging accommodation and travel requirements
- Raising purchase orders
Acting as a central administrative resource, the position supports multiple stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure operational workflows are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with business requirements and deadlines.
