Cleaning & Facilities (Workshop & Yard)
Northampton NN5 | 40 hrs per week | Up to £26,520 per annum

About The Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across both workshop and site facilities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Maintaining cleanliness across offices, workshop areas, and operational spaces Keeping external areas (yard, entrances, walkways) clean, safe, and presentable Supporting workshop upkeep, including removal of dust, debris, and operational waste Carrying out routine and periodic deep cleaning tasks Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables Basic maintenance support and waste handling (where appropriate) Reporting any defects, hazards, or maintenance issues to management

About You

What We Look For
Comfortable working in a practical, physically active role Able to work across both indoor and outdoor environments Experience in industrial, commercial, or site-based cleaning (preferred) Strong attention to detail and high personal standards Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Good communication skills Full UK driving licence (preferred)
