Site Co-ordinator at Gates of Harlow
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage vehicle displays and vehicle movement on-site.
- Greet visitors and direct to appropriate parking areas, providing clear directions to relevant departments.
- Valet park customer vehicles when necessary.
- Ensure customer parking is kept tidy, orderly, and accessible at all times.
- Maintain high standards of New and Used vehicle displays, ensuring vehicle display areas are kept tidy, clean, and well presented.
- Maintain vehicle display point of sale material, whilst adhering to Ford dealer standards.
- Regular reporting of Health & Safety standards to the site Director, ensuring that any issues are dealt with promptly, to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff on site.
- Occasional collection and delivery of vehicles in between dealerships.
- Ad-hoc duties where required.

Minimum Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic approach to working.
- Responsible and mature outlook.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours:
- 40 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary:
- £26,436.80
