Assessment Centre Reception Officer

About the Role

Work with Maximus, a global organisation specialising in health and employment services, directly impacting millions of lives each year. As UK office front-face for Assessment Centres, you’ll manage customer experience, support clients, and ensure seamless operations.

  • Customer-centric face of Assessment Centre
  • Provide critical support to clients and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain high operational standards and excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-line role: Handle all visitor/client interactions, maintaining professional, compassionate care
  • Customer support:
    • Answer PIP assessment inquiries
    • Process expense claims related to attendance
  • Operational excellence:
    • Daily readiness management (equipment, supplies, centre appearance)
    • Ordering restock requirements
  • Appointment system maintenance:
    • Manage arrival boards with accurate updates
  • Healthcare professional support:
    • Maintain IT-related handover with escalation procedures
    • General administrative duties (phone, copying, documentation)
  • Flexibility & travel:
    • Cover shifts at alternate centres if needed
