Project Site Coordinator
📍 Location: Bentley/Beverly (100% onsite)
💰 Rate: Up to £272/day (Umbrella)
📅 Contract: 2.5 Years (40 hours per week)
We're looking for a Project Site Coordinator to join a construction project and provide administrative and coordination support to the Site Manager and site team. This is not an engineering role. We're looking for someone with strong administration and coordination experience within a construction/site environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and site team.
- Coordinate site activities and help keep projects running smoothly.
- Organise meetings, schedules, and site documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project files.
- Track site activities and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support document control and site logistics where required.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Coordinator, Site Administrator, Construction Administrator, Site Document Controller, Site Logistic Coordinator experience or similar role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a very good level of English.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have
- Experience working on construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
- Experience with document control or site logistics.
