Rate: £350 per day
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established contractor specialising in large-scale commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company renowned for delivering high-quality complex reinforced concrete structures.
About The Role
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Setting out and engineering works for slipform construction.
- Overseeing reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction.
- Managing foundation and drainage works.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
- Maintaining accurate site records and conducting quality checks.

About The Company
Our client specialises in delivering complex construction projects, including:
- Reinforced concrete (RC) frames
- Foundations
- Drainage
- Hybrid construction, combining precast and in-situ concrete
- Large commercial developments
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on commercial construction projects.
- Strong experience with RC frames, foundations, drainage, and/or slipform construction.
- Excellent setting out and surveying skills.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- A proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
