Site Engineer – Civils Projects (Warrington)

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven experience working on civils projects including:
- Groundworks
- Drainage
- Reinforced concrete (RC) structures

Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Laser levels
- Total stations
- GPS survey equipment
- Proficiency in setting out, monitoring, and dimensional control
- Ability to manage and distribute project information to site teams
- Excellent knowledge of:

Quality & Compliance:
- Ensuring works are constructed according to latest design specifications
- Overseeing Project Quality Assurance (QA)
- Maintaining an accurate site diary

Software & Documentation:
- Competent in AutoCAD (reading drawings, quantifying materials)
- Responsible for ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), RFIs (Request for Information), and other project documents

- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to distribute project information effectively
