Site Engineer

Site Engineer – Civils Projects (Warrington)

Contractor: Leading contractor via Gortmore

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience working on civils projects including:

    • Groundworks
    • Drainage
    • Reinforced concrete (RC) structures
  • Technical Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge of:
      • Laser levels
      • Total stations
      • GPS survey equipment
    • Proficiency in setting out, monitoring, and dimensional control
    • Ability to manage and distribute project information to site teams

  • Quality & Compliance:

    • Ensuring works are constructed according to latest design specifications
    • Overseeing Project Quality Assurance (QA)
    • Maintaining an accurate site diary
  • Software & Documentation:

    • Competent in AutoCAD (reading drawings, quantifying materials)
    • Responsible for ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), RFIs (Request for Information), and other project documents
