Description
We are hiring for our client for a Site Engineer to join a growing construction team, first project based in Belfast. This Site Engineer role offers the opportunity to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
The successful Site Engineer will play a key role in coordinating the site from the ground up, managing project documentation, and driving efficient project delivery across a range of construction projects.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and take the build from the ground up
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Help manage site documentation including method statements and risk assessments
- Maintain and enforce high standards of health & safety compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
The Person
- 3+ years' experience in a Site Engineer on Build Projects
- Proven ability to help manage construction projects from start to finish
- Good all-round background - ground works/piles/levels/roads/drainage
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
