**Technical Outline Engineer (Way)

Position Summary This role ensures technical compliance, site safety, and programmed project delivery within budgets. You’ll support the Head of Structures/Earthworks and provide technical problem-solving across the way stages of crucial projects.

As a Technical Outline Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing technical outline designs to ensure economical, safe, and efficient construction.
  • Coordinating work activities with contractors to maintain quality standards and meet programme deadlines.
  • Reviewing construction documentation to verify compliance with technical requirements.
  • Providing technical support during construction.
  • Escalating any special issues/risks to the relevant project manager.
  • Overseeing the completed work for final acceptance by stakeholders.

Who You Are Realise executives and construction teams, your role will approach projects with technical excellence and problem-solving acumen. If you count with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Exposure to construction methodologies (Tenminally technical agreements though beyond sequence and collaboration).
  • Mathematical robustness for analysing engineering problems.
  • Excellent communicative abilities ligible in cition settings.
  • Time- and workability management skills.
