Site Engineer (Geotechnical) (Plymouth) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
Competitive Rate Depending On Experience/qualifications
Paid Holidays
- 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have
- HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
- CSCS White AQP Card
- Experience with GPS and Total Station equipment
- Experience in drilling, grouting, anchor installation, inspection and testing
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems and RAMS
- Good IT skills
- Commercial awareness
- Experience in geotechnical projects desirable
- SSSTS desirable
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

This role is site based - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out works
- Produce as-built drawings
- Carry out quality inspections
- Engineering support to site teams
- Recording testing and workmanship
- Maintain drawing registers and trackers
- Material procurement support
- Ensure SHE compliance
- Support successful delivery of geotechnical works
