As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil works from start to finish. Working alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and site teams, you'll help drive quality, safety and programme outcomes while developing your own technical and leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating day-to-day site engineering activities.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying opportunities to improve delivery.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, ITPs, and project records.
- Supporting project planning, programming, and cost control.
- Solving on-site engineering challenges and providing practical technical solutions.
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships on site and delivering projects to a high standard.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the water infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and engineering principles.
- A solid understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Experience using project management and engineering software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to make informed decisions and solve problems under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering quality infrastructure.
