About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Support Manager - this would suit someone who has Construction Site Manager Experience to join our growing team.
This is a key field-based role responsible for supporting the recruitment and training manager, conducting a targeted amount of site audits, completing toolbox talks, training existing and new teams, and assisting in investigating complaints.
You’ll be the frontline representative ensuring high standards are maintained through site audits, training, safety talks, and the onboarding of new off loaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Audits: Conduct regular visits to sites to ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and client expectations. Provide detailed reports and follow up on action plans where needed.
- Training of Off loaders: Deliver practical, on-site training sessions and tool box talks for existing and new off loaders to ensure safe, efficient, and correct handling of kitchen components and equipment.
- Toolbox Talks: Prepare and deliver toolbox talks on a regular basis, covering topics such as manual handling, site safety, customer service, and use of PPE.
- Onboarding New Off loaders: Support the induction and training of new off loaders, ensuring they understand company procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations from day one.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear communication with field managers and the central operations team. Submit reports promptly and highlight any risks, issues, or training needs identified during site visits.
- Quality & Safety: Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability at all times. Report and address any breaches or unsafe practices.
- General: Field support as may be required/complaint resolution

Requirements
- Proven experience in a field-based or site-support role within logistics, construction, or kitchen installation sectors.
- Sound knowledge of health & safety practices, especially in manual handling and site environments.
- Excellent communication and training skills – able to engage teams at different experience levels.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across various sites.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- CSCS card or equivalent H&S qualification (desirable).
