Job Title: Site HSE Advisor (Teesside)
Duration: 12 months
Workload: Full time
Setup: On site
Location: Teesside
Airswift is recruiting for a Site HSE Advisor opportunity on behalf of a third-party company supporting a major carbon capture project in Teesside. This position offers the chance to contribute to HSE management across the engineering and development phases of an EPIC project within the Oil & Gas sector. The role is well suited to professionals with strong site-based HSE experience, knowledge of ISO 45001, and a background in construction design regulation management and survey or investigation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training initiatives on site.
- Support the development, management, and continuous improvement of the safety management system throughout engineering and project development phases.
- Conduct inspections and monitor subcontractor activities to promote compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure equipment compliance in line with project and site safety expectations.
- Manage risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices across site operations.
- Oversee Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls.
- Report HSE performance, track key performance indicators, and support incident investigations.
- Promote environmental compliance and sustainability across site activities.

Required Experience
- Several years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Previous experience on onshore projects.
- Background in construction design regulation management and survey or investigation activities.
- Experience working in site-based HSE advisory or HSE management support functions.
