We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Fit Out Site Labourer to join our team.

You will support our site teams in NI & ROI as they craft exceptional spaces for global brands. This role will also involve occasional van driving for deliveries and assistance with site set-up and decant.

If you've got on-site experience, a good attitude, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in, we want to hear from you!

The Role

  • General labouring on Fit Out Projects – keeping the site tidy, organising materials and cleaning up.
  • Van driving – deliveries of materials to site from suppliers and collection of materials from site and return to our warehouse.
  • Assist with site set up and site decant (hoarding and H&S items).
  • Organising of materials stored in our warehouse.
  • Responsibility for keeping our warehouses tidy and clean.
  • Travelling to site early in the morning / working late some evenings will be a requirement of this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
