Site Labourer – Join the Chestnut Team Building Quality New Homes!

Locations: Market Rasen, Bardney, Coningsby, Boston & Sibsey
Salary: £14.00 – £14.50 per hour + Excellent Benefits

We are looking for a Site Labourer to support our New Homes developments across Market Rasen, Bardney, Coningsby, Boston, and Sibsey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected housebuilder where your contribution will be key to maintaining safe, organised, and high-quality building sites.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Site Labourer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our developments running smoothly by:

  • Maintaining clean, tidy, and safe plots and properties throughout construction.
  • Keeping external areas, compounds, and storage facilities organised and accessible.
  • Assisting with the unloading and safe storage of materials and deliveries.
  • Supporting the Telehandler/Forklift Driver with the movement and distribution of materials across the site.
  • Ensuring surplus materials are returned and stored correctly.
  • Assisting with locking and securing properties, welfare facilities, compounds, and site boundaries.
  • Sweeping and maintaining footpaths, car parks, and communal site areas.
  • Supporting site landscaping activities, including watering turf and plants during the summer months.
  • Assisting with pre-plaster and pre-occupation works as directed by the Site Manager.
  • Carrying out basic sealing, pointing, foaming, and extractor duct work on properties at various build stages.
  • Working safely at all times and adhering to the Company's Health & Safety policies.

  • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport due to the requirement to work across multiple development locations
