The Role
As Site Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and alignment with wider business objectives. You will lead and develop cross-functional teams, oversee operational planning and resource allocation, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met, often within demanding timescales.
The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a good understanding of the sports sector and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

- Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Act as the main point of contact for site-related issues, escalations, and facility management.
- Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and operational improvement projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
