Site Liaison Officer
Professional and Approachable Site Liaison Officer
About the Role We are looking for a Site Liaison Officer to join our team as the critical link between site management, contractors, clients, and external stakeholders. This proactive role ensures smooth communication, resolves queries efficiently, and fosters positive engagement with all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the site team and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and disseminate project updates, site activities, and key information to relevant parties.
- Respond to enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, local residents, and stakeholders.
- Assist the site management team with stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
- Organise and coordinate site visits, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, enquiries, and actions taken.
- Escalate any issues or concerns to the site management team.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the project and organisation at all times.
- Ensure all communications are conducted in full alignment with company procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a liaison, customer service, or stakeholder engagement role, with construction industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in relationship-building.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High levels of reliability, professionalism, and approachability.
