Site Liaison Officer

Site Liaison Officer

We are looking for a professional and approachable Site Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the link between the site management team, contractors, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and the smooth day-to-day operation of the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the site team and external stakeholders
  • Communicating project updates, site activities, and key information to relevant parties
  • Responding to enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, local residents, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting the site management team with stakeholder communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinating site visits, meetings, and appointments where required
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications, enquiries, and actions taken
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the site management team
  • Promoting a positive image of the project and organisation at all times
  • Ensuring all communications are carried out in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a liaison, customer service, or stakeholder engagement role (construction experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and approachable attitude
