A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious site in Central London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

The Role
As The Site Maintenance Supervisor, You'll
- Support the Technical Project Manager with the technical performance of the contract and maintenance of service standards.
- Provide technical expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Ventilation systems.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues, coordinating specialist disciplines where required.
- Work closely with operational teams to improve service delivery and contract performance.
- Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contractual requirements.
- Support the implementation of best practice across health & safety and building services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.

Role
- Produce technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
To be successful in the role of Site Maintenance Supervisor, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a technical management or supervisory role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and/or Ventilation systems.
- Good understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with experience using Microsoft Office and producing technical reports.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
