Role: Site Maintenance Officer
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Location: Midlands
Your Role
- To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the services are accessible, neat, tidy, and clear of any hazards.
- To cut grass and hedges as required.
- To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs.
- To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair.
- To carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable.
- To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents, and visitors to the Home.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Related role qualification preferred.
- Experience in site and facilities management.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Full clean driving license, enhanced DBS to be completed prior to start (essential).
