Job Title: Clinical Trial Data Manager / Site Coordinator
Job Description Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects in the UK, streamlining communication, maintaining systems and managing documents & information.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Site Management
- Exchange data, documents, and other project-relevant information between investigative sites, site vendors, and the project team.
- Ensure order, receipt, inventory storage, distribution, return/recall, and reconciliation of clinical supplies.
- Assist with administrative and financial tasks.
- Coordinate preparation for and follow-up on:
- Site audits and inspections
- Trial Master File (TMF) audits
- Systems audits

Communication

Exchange data, documents, and other information with the project team and other departments.

Provide assistance with:
- Organization of internal team meetings
- Preparation and distribution of draft meeting minutes
- Preparation, attendance, and follow-up of Investigator’s Meetings (where applicable)

Under supervision, maintain study-specific and corporate tracking systems.
Document Management
- Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF).
- Perform TMF review and oversight at country and site level.
- Prepare, distribute, and update Onsite Study Files (OSF) and OSF checklists.
- Provide assistance with translations.
Safety Management
- Ensure proper flow of safety information with investigative sites.
Miscellaneous Support
- Provide additional administrative project support (as required).

Qualifications
- College/University Degree in Life Sciences.
- Experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably in an international setting.
- Prior experience as a Site Coordinator is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
- Full working proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Strong organizational & planning skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service & interpersonal skills, positive attitude toward tasks and projects.
