Job Opportunity: Freelance Site Manager for School Refurbishment in Dudley
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Dudley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager to join a live education project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety legislation.
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality and site housekeeping.

Essential Requirements
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work certificate.
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
