Are you a safety-conscious leader with a passion for sustainable energy? We are looking for a proactive Site Manager in Winchester to lead the delivery of our energy, heating, and compliance projects. You will be the driving force on-site, ensuring our mission to decarbonize homes is met with technical excellence and a "safety first" mindset.
You won’t just be managing schedules; you’ll be coordinating diverse teams of subcontractors and suppliers to transform how residents experience energy and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the safe delivery of energy, heating, and compliance projects across multiple sites, ensuring all work meets Sureserve’s high standards for quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and workflow management. Uphold energy compliance standards and ensure all activities are carried out according to legal, company, and industry regulations, including Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH requirements. Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, residents, and internal teams, providing timely updates and managing expectations to ensure a positive project experience for all stakeholders. Oversee site logistics, project documentation, and reporting, ensuring accurate records are kept both electronically and manually. Deliver on Sureserve’s mission to decarbonise homes, drive energy savings, and promote sustainable best practice on-site.

Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the energy, compliance, social housing, or construction sectors. Proven track record in the successful delivery of multi-site and/or large-scale energy or heating projects. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and maintain high standards under pressure. Comprehensive knowledge of current Health & Safety and compliance regulations relevant to energy and construction delivery. Competent IT skills with the ability to manage reporting systems and project documentation.
