Site Hub Manager
Salary: £35,412-£39,152
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Site Hub Manager to join our dedicated site team at Meridian Trust! This role will provide key support to a small hub of academies through completing duties connected with the fabric and grounds of the schools. The key duties will include security, managing budgets/contracts and contractors and monitor routine maintenance and minor repairs for the hub.
The opportunity
- Lead and manage the site teams effectively by resolving day to day line management issues and queries.
- Prepare budgets for Meridian Trust sites and work with business managers and finance teams to make sure ordering processes are kept to and money saving exercises are taken.
- Collect data for building or facilities related procurements.
- Oversee the premises development planning.
- Manage an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime ensuring that all equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidance and best practice.
- Develop and promote the use of our Iamcompliant Help Desk, ensure all Site Team staff are trained and competent in the use of the HelpDesk.
- Review and report on energy consumption in your buildings using our Energy Portal as well as tracking electricity consumption from our PV arrays.
- Review and write H&S Risk Assessments in support of your own activities on site.
The ideal candidate
- Site management qualification and experience of being a site manager.
- Experience of managing multiple teams and sites effectively.
- Experience in managing and being accountable for delegated budget and managing significant budgets.
- Will hold a recognised H&S qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
