I'm currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager for one of my clients to oversee a fast-paced shop/industrial fit-out project in London.
This is a 5-day contract starting Monday 20th July, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Site Manager between longer-term projects.
The Role
- Overseeing a fast-paced shop/industrial fit-out
- Supervising and coordinating one contractor on site
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Keeping works on programme and maintaining quality standards
- Identifying and resolving any issues quickly to keep the project moving

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Punctual, organised, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
