Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will lead the following responsibilities with full accountability:

Site Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including managing subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
- Ensure projects align with programmes, budgets, and quality standards.

Compliance & Safety:
- Implement adherence to risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans.
- Conduct site inspections, documenting findings and ensuring actions are followed through.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership:
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop site teams, encompassing both direct employees and subcontractors.

- Project Scope:
- Work across a variety of projects for multiple clients, initially within manufacturing and commercial environments.
Experience & Requirements
We’re seeking a Site Manager with strong foundational experience who can:

Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery.
-
Experience across building/refurbishment projects.
-
Ability to operate comfortably in sensitive or live environments (e.g., manufacturing sites, high-security locations, hygiene-controlled settings).

Proven people management skills to motivate, influence, and inspire teams.

Strong track record of client relationship building and maintenance.

Hold the following professional qualifications:
- SMSTS accredited
- CSCS (Management level) certified
- First Aid qualified

Administration:
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Work Style:
- Strong prioritisation skills to effectively manage a busy workload.
- Act as a collaborative, team player with clear communication skills.
