About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team in Essex, working with a medium-sized contractor looking to enhance their construction workforce.
You will play a key role in the construction team, responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day activities of sub-contractors
- Overseeing health and safety (critical to our operations)
- Ensuring client specifications and project requirements are met
- Reviewing progress and liaising with your team
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating site activities
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to
- Liaising with clients and contractors for seamless progress
