We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee roofing remediation works across two live school sites located within a 45-minute commute of each other.
Working for a reputable main contractor, you will be responsible for managing the safe delivery of roofing and associated remedial works while ensuring minimal disruption to the day-to-day operation of both schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager with experience working in occupied educational environments and managing multiple sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of roofing remediation works across both school sites.
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Managing subcontractors, labour and site logistics.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts Manager.
- Managing health & safety documentation and site records.
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times within the live school environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering roofing, refurbishment or remediation projects. (Preferable)
- Experience working within occupied schools, healthcare facilities or other live environments. (Preferable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Disclosure Scotland Basic Check (essential).
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate activities across two nearby sites.
