Site Manager - Kent / Sittingbourne

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent / Sittingbourne. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the site, including:

    • Foremen
    • Engineers
    • Plant and labour allocation
  • Ensuring all:

    • Risk assessment briefings
    • Toolbox talks
  • Driving programme delivery through:

    • Coordination of resources, plant, and materials
    • Meeting targets efficiently
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site

Requirements

Essential

  • CITB 5-Day SMSTS qualification
  • First Aid at Work Certification
  • Proven site management experience on:
    • Groundwork projects
    • RC frame projects
  • Strong:
    • Leadership
    • Communication skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to:
    • Work effectively with all stakeholders
  • Right to work in the UK

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
