Site Manager - Kent / Sittingbourne
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent / Sittingbourne. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the site, including:
- Foremen
- Engineers
- Plant and labour allocation

Ensuring all:
- Risk assessment briefings
- Toolbox talks

Driving programme delivery through:
- Coordination of resources, plant, and materials
- Meeting targets efficiently

Maintaining strong client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site

Managing sub-contractors to meet:

- Accurate site records
- Progress reports

Completing IT induction and training programme within the first 1-3 months
Requirements
Essential
- CITB 5-Day SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work Certification
- Proven site management experience on:
- Groundwork projects
- RC frame projects
- Strong:
- Leadership
- Communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to:
- Work effectively with all stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK
