Site Managers is recruiting on behalf of a specialist construction contractor for an experienced Working Site Manager to oversee a commercial kitchen refurbishment within a school environment in Farnborough.
This is a hands-on site management role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, maintaining high health and safety standards, and acting as the client's representative on site.

The project is a fast-paced internal refurbishment involving multiple trades including building works, flooring, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and specialist kitchen installation.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management
- Managing subcontractors on site
- Conducting site inductions
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Daily site inspections
- Liaising with the Project Manager
- Monitoring programme progress
- Site diary and daily reporting
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
- Representing the Principal Contractor professionally throughout the project

Essential Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous refurbishment or fit out experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple subcontractors
Desirable
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Previous experience working within schools, healthcare, or live environments
- Commercial kitchen, hospitality, restaurant, or fit out experience
