About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-million super-prime townhouse refurbishment in Central London.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating all trades and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the exceptional level of quality expected within the super-prime residential market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of a luxury residential refurbishment.
  • Coordinate and oversee all subcontractors, specialist trades and direct labour on site.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any site issues to minimise programme delays.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, design team and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Carry out quality inspections and ensure all finishes meet super-prime residential expectations.
  • Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and neighbouring stakeholders.

About You

  • Minimum of five years' experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
  • Proven track record delivering luxury or super-prime refurbishment schemes.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality management and high-end finishing trades.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Experienced in coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Carpentry or other construction trade background.
  • Experience delivering listed buildings, period properties, basements or complex townhouse refurbishments.
  • SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid at Work certification.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes within the luxury residential sector.
