Site Manager | Commercial Fit Out & High-End Interiors | London
Are you a Site Manager who's already proven yourself but still early enough in your career to keep learning, adapting and progressing?
We're working with a growing, ambitious fit-out contractor that's built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional commercial interiors and specialist refurbishment projects across London.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to be surrounded by experienced people, take on more responsibility and work on projects that you'll genuinely be proud to put your name to.
The Role
You'll be delivering projects typically ranging from £2m–£10m, including:
- CAT B commercial fit-outs
- High-end refurbishments
- Unique, design-led projects, including luxury automotive showrooms and premium commercial spaces

Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit-out or refurbishment
- Someone who's already competent running projects but is still hungry to develop
- Adaptable, proactive and keen to learn from experienced colleagues
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Organised, professional and takes pride in delivering quality projects
