We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager with a strong background in Passive Fire Protection and proven experience working on Healthcare and Accommodation projects. This is a key role responsible for overseeing fire safety upgrade projects, ensuring full compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day site operations on passive fire protection projects, including fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure all works comply with current fire safety legislation, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, RAMS, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption in occupied properties.
- Promote and enforce strict health & safety standards across all site activities.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within Passive Fire Protection.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS card (Manager level).
- First Aid at Work certification (preferred).
- Experience with fire door inspections and installations.
- Knowledge of FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation schemes.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
