Position: Site Manager
Location: Aberdeen (AB11 5BJ)
Start Date: 27/07/26
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a fire stopping project based in Aberdeen. This is a short-term contract opportunity running until 16/08/26.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Oversee fire stopping works to ensure they are completed safely and to specification
- Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site
- Conduct site inspections, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements
- Valid SMSTS (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
- Previous Site Management experience within construction
- Experience overseeing fire stopping or refurbishment works preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Work-based references to confirm previous experience
