Site Manager – High-End Residential Refurbishment
Primrose Hill, North West London
£60,000 - £70,000
A leading London-based Luxury-Projects, main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in the Primrose Hill area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience delivering luxury residential, refurbishment or high-end fit-out projects. The successful candidate will join an established site team, working alongside other Site Managers and reporting into an experienced Project Manager.
The role will have a strong focus on subcontractor management and M&E coordination, requiring someone who is confident overseeing M&E subcontractors, understanding installation sequences and ensuring services are delivered correctly alongside the wider construction programme.
The Role
- Working as part of a wider site team alongside other Site Managers.
- Reporting directly into the Project Manager.
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of subcontractors.
- Managing M&E subcontractors and coordinating mechanical and electrical installations throughout the project.
- Ensuring M&E works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme requirements.
- Overseeing key project stages including first fix services, M&E installation, second fix and high-end finishing works.
- Supporting the successful delivery of a prestigious residential refurbishment project.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising subcontractors across all packages.
- Coordinating M&E trades, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and associated building services.
- Reviewing subcontractor RAMS and ensuring safe working practices are followed.
- Ensuring subcontractors are working to the required quality standards and programme dates.
- Monitoring M&E installation progress and coordinating interfaces between trades.
- Identifying potential clashes or issues with services before they impact programme.
- Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across the site.
- Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Completing regular site inspections and quality checks.

Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential refurbishment, luxury residential or premium fit-out projects.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of M&E packages and experience working alongside M&E subcontractors.
- Experience managing projects through first fix, M&E installation, second fix and completion stages.
- Able to understand M&E drawings, coordinate installations and identify potential issues.
- Confident reviewing RAMS, supervising subcontractors and maintaining high H&S standards.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Package
- £60,000 - £70,000 salary.
