UK Wide (Must be based within 50 miles of Swansea)
£55,000–£70,000 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a market-leading construction business, delivering civil engineering and construction projects across England and Wales.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The role involves working away Monday to Friday, so candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations, including site set-up and mobilisation
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and progress against project programmes
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards while liaising with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven Site Management experience within Civils and/or Construction environments
- SMSTS qualification and a strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Experience leading site-based teams with strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to work away Monday to Friday across England and Wales, and be based within 50 miles of Swansea
