About the Role
The Site Manager is responsible for the full operational management of UTCN’s premises, ensuring the site remains safe, secure, clean, and properly maintained for students, staff, and visitors. This role demands proactive leadership, requiring:
- Line management of an Assistant Site Manager
- Coordination with external contractors (e.g., cleaning teams)
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, including:
- Early morning unlocking procedures
- Event and exam setups across campus

Beyond routine tasks, significant responsibilities include:
- Maintaining health and safety compliance, including:
- Conducting statutory testing
- Auditing safety procedures via LAMCompliant
- Managing Building Management systems and CCTV
- Supporting out-of-hours activities, such as community lettings and school events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
