Looking to take ownership of critical infrastructure projects at one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms?
My client is hiring an Engineer to oversee the delivery and operation of mission-critical data centre infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards across global engineering projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of data centre infrastructure and construction projects
- Manage critical facilities including power, cooling, cabling, security, space
- Develop and enforce engineering standards, implementation strategies, runbooks etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and operational resilience across multiple sites
- Support continuous improvements through automation

Desired Skills:
- Up to 5 years' experience managing mission-critical data centre or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of data centre facilities, including power, electrical systems, cooling, cabling, security, and space management
- Experience managing build and construction projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Understanding of electrical systems, power calculations, and the interpretation of electrical and control diagrams
- Experience with Python or another scripting language is highly desirable
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Technology Engineering, or a related discipline
